Shipping and delivery policy

All consultations are digital. There is no physical shipment, no courier, and no delivery charge.

How it is delivered

Your reading is written as a document and sent to the email address you gave when booking. Please check that address carefully, and check your spam folder if nothing has arrived.

When it is delivered

The delivery time for each consultation is stated on its page and on the checkout screen. A written birth chart reading is delivered within 48 hours. Muhurta selection, kundli matching and the Varshaphal year-ahead report are delivered within 72 hours.

The clock starts when your payment is confirmed, not when you submit the form.

If it is late

If your reading has not arrived within the stated time, write to us. If we cannot deliver it, you receive a full refund — see the refund policy.

International orders

Delivery is by email, so it is the same wherever you are. Prices are shown in US dollars outside India.
