Introduction

These terms govern your use of the DivLite AstroGuide website and any consultation you book through it. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Please read them together with our privacy policy, refund and cancellation policy, and disclaimer.

Astrology services

We provide written Vedic astrology consultations prepared from the birth details you supply. Each consultation answers the question you submit.

Astrology is intended for personal, spiritual and informational guidance. Interpretations are not guarantees of specific outcomes and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Astrology is not a science, and a reading is one astrologer's interpretation rather than a statement of fact about the future. Different astrologers may read the same chart differently. Nothing on this site is a promise that any particular event will or will not happen.

Booking and appointments

You must be at least 18 years old to book. To book, you choose a service, submit your question and your birth details, and pay. Your request reaches us only once payment has succeeded.

Delivery times are stated on each service and begin when payment is confirmed, not when you submit the form. Consultations are delivered by email; nothing is posted. Our shipping and delivery policy sets out the timings in full.

Payments

Prices are shown on the site before you pay, in Indian rupees or US dollars, and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price you see at checkout is the price charged.

Payment is taken by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — we receive only a transaction reference and the amount. Your use of the gateway is also subject to the gateway's own terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before we have begun work on your chart and receive a full refund. Once a reading has been delivered it cannot be refunded, because the work has already been done. A reading prepared from birth details that turn out to be incorrect is not grounds for a refund, and disagreeing with what the chart says is not grounds for a refund.

Our refund and cancellation policy sets out the full detail, including how to ask and how long a refund takes.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you give us. A reading prepared from an incorrect date, time or place cannot be accurate.

You agree to use this site lawfully, to give truthful information, not to submit anyone else's personal details without their permission, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

Readings are prepared for you personally. Please do not resell them or present them as your own work.

Intellectual property

The text, images, design and structure of this website, and the readings we prepare, remain our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. The reading we send you is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute or sell it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Consultations are provided for guidance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you take, or do not take, on the basis of a reading, nor for any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability in connection with any consultation is limited to the amount you actually paid for that consultation.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to services

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any service, price or feature on this site at any time. If we withdraw a service you have already paid for and cannot deliver it, you receive a full refund. We may also close the site temporarily for maintenance.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
